As a diagnosed Bipolar 1 for the past decade and a huge Taylor fan, I can totally relate to finding a song to focus on repeat for any given period of time whether it be Swift's or not. She got me early with "Love Story" (I'm a male around the same age as her) on the radio. One of her lesser known songs that I've heavily focused during a manic episode is "New Romantics" from 1989. That album got me through THE break up. Judge away lol.
Absolutely. I've been scouring the internet for years and just now discovered the recourses here on Substack. Apparently there are 9 million of us out there at least in the states.

You will never get judgment from me. Thanks for sharing your experience. It's nice to know we're not alone.
