Why You Should Work on Improving Your Mindset If You Have Bipolar Disorder

Hi there!

Some days, I just don’t care.

My house could burn down around me, and all I would do is sit in watch. My heart goes numb, and my brain refuses to process emotions. This apathy is from bipolar disorder, and it’s tough to overcome. Working on your mindset can help. It definitely helped me.

My journey to positivity took time, but I eventually got there, and so can you.
