Hi there!

I believe that at least half of my success in managing my bipolar disorder comes from journaling. Through the pages of the black leather book, I work out my emotions, defuse my anger, and cry silent tears.

When you have a safe place to explore what’s inside, you can fully open your heart and let everything fall out.
