Hi there!

I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling much less overwhelmed as we close out this week. We started with hitting a wall and wanting to quit. Then we learned that the secret to getting unstuck is to take a series of tiny, intentional actions.

We started by taking a ridiculously tiny step to break the paralysis, then explored the power of a strategic pause to recharge. From there, we found lightbulb moments to brighten our perspective and learned to celebrate our victories, no matter how small.

So, what happens when you combine all these tools? You get momentum. It’s like pushing a car that's stuck in the mud. The first push is the hardest, and that's your tiny step. Once the car starts moving, the effort is less intense. You may feel a bit tired and need a pause to rest, but every push gets you closer to setting your car free.
