Hi there!
I know that sometimes it feels like life is just one big, never-ending nightmare.
You feel like you’re stuck in a dark tunnel and there’s no light at the end. You’re surrounded by darkness and gloom and you can’t see a way out.
I know how you feel because I’ve been there myself. I’ve been in that dark place where it feels like there’s no hope.
The worst darkness was when I lost the love of my life. I kept moving, going through the motions of everyday life, but I felt dead inside. The best of me died with her, and I felt helpless to get any of the good back.
I was in a death spiral, and all hope felt lost.
But I want you to know that there is always hope. There is always a chance for things to get better. No matter how bleak things may seem, no matter how hopeless you feel, there is always tomorrow.
Here are four ways to hold on until tomorrow.
“Life always offers you a second chance. It is called tomorrow.”
- Dylan Thomas
