Hi there!

My bipolar brain often locks me in an all-or-nothing setting. Either I can write an entire novel in one night or I can’t write anything. Either I can mow the lawn and weed all the flower beds before lunch or be stuck all day on the couch.

You may want to fight fears the same way. Like cleaning out the hall closet, you may try to pull out every fear, only to be so overwhelmed that nothing gets done.
