Hi there, friend.
(If you receive both of my newsletters, you might receive this one twice.)
Life with chronic illness is an adventure, and often not the one you want. Mental or physical illness doesn’t matter. When you have both, every day is full of twists and turns. Sometimes, the only way to have the energy to do what must be done is to step away from everything else.
For the next few weeks, I am taking a break to focus on the essential things in my life. For paid subscribers, I have paused the billing system. You will not be charged during this time, and your subscriptions will be automatically extended for the length of the pause.
This year, I’ve posted lots of great content to help you understand bipolar disorder and to see more good in your life. Here are some great posts to get you through the next few weeks.
Speaking Bipolar
More Than Just "Mood Swings": Getting Real About Different Types of Bipolar
The Power of Connection: Finding Your Tribe in the Bipolar Journey
Positivity Club
The Power of the Bounce: Embracing Resilience with Bipolar Disorder
When Everything Feels Pointless: Surviving Bipolar Despair
Fighting a chronic illness successfully often requires putting your health in first place. I hope you’ll understand my need for a break and treat yourselves with the same kindness.
I’ll see you soon.
Until next time, keep fighting.
