Hi there!

There’s nothing like the feeling of reaching a long-time goal. When I finally hit the “Publish” button on my first book, my feet didn’t touch the ground for days. Years of writing sessions had built up to that moment.

Minor changes may not feel as amazing, but each one can add a flicker of light to your world. Success breeds success, so when you make the change you wanted, it gives you the confidence to try the next thing.

With bipolar disorder, it’s easy to become single-minded.
