Hi there!

Of all the things you need to let go, guilt may be the hardest. I still feel guilt for punching one of my best friends when I was 8 years old. I don’t remember why I hit him, but the one strike forever changed our friendship.

In the 40+ years since, I’ve made many bad decisions. Some hurt me, but many hurt other people. Every memory left me struggling with guilt.

It can be an overwhelming weight, this thing called guilt. It can keep you up at night, make your body feel too heavy, and cast a dark cloud over even the best days.
