Hi there!
I love words. As a kid, I frequently read the dictionary.
Yep, total nerd here.
One of my favorite memories is laughing in tears while rolling around on our green living room carpeting as my mom read silly words and definitions from our huge dictionary. Words have power and can completely change your life.
Like it or not, words are everywhere. From the thoughts in your head to the secrets you whisper to your lover, you can’t escape them. Some choose to use them for abuse, an unhealthy trend we see repeatedly highlighted in today’s media, but you can do better.
Here are a few ways to use words to improve your life.
“Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.”

Journaling

Journaling is a great way to process what’s happening and get clarity on your thoughts and feelings. It can be incredibly therapeutic and can help you work through painful emotions.
