Hi there!
My word for 2024 is change, and I’m putting a lot of time and energy into making change happen.
In December, I created the 30-Day Life Tune Up Challenge. In the workbook (now available here), you’re invited to improve seven different areas of your life.
Exercise
Clean
Declutter your home
Journal
Practice gratitude
Refresh your mind
Celebrate wins
For the last 7 weeks, I keep returning to the Tune Up Challenge.
“No one ever said learning was to be easy, but it's part of the process of evolving as a human being, and we all have to go through it. When I look back, I see that each difficult time brought an important lesson. And I prefer to look at it with gratitude because I wouldn't be who I am today if I haven't gone through it all.”
- Gisele Bundchen
Scott Ninneman also publishes the free All Things Bipolar Newsletter (off Substack) which features the newest content about bipolar life.
First goal
My first goal was to return to journaling. I love writing in my journal, and have been doing it since 1983. Now and then, though, I reach a point where I just don’t want to write.
Usually the block is because there’s something I don’t want to face.
Who wants to face those big scary emotions? Not me! I’ll hide for weeks from the things I need to tackle.
