You need more wins in your life.

Mental illness tries to knock you down at every turn. It’s too easy to start believing you’re incapable of achieving any goals, but don’t fall for the lies. You can still do a lot, and the more you focus on what you accomplish, the more confident you’ll be.

How can you see more success in your life? By creating small, weekly goals.

Most people only think about their big goals. They may get stuck focusing on weight loss, education, or career advancement. While those are all great goals, they can take months or years to achieve.

You need a win right now.

The small goals are just as important as the big ones. And sometimes, they’re even more valuable.
