On the good days, I can complete 50 of the tasks on my to-do list. When the not-so-good days hit, I may not do any. Even though I know the value of mindfulness, it's easy to drop it by the wayside when you’re tired or depressed.
For those of us living with bipolar disorder, our emotional landscape can shift dramatically, not just from day to day, but sometimes even during the same day. Maintaining a sense of stability and joy can feel like an impossible job.
Today, we’ll cover a few tips to help you establish a regular mindfulness routine that will not only ground you, but also help you feel empowered and joyful.
Why Mindfulness Matters for Bipolar
