Hi there!

Yesterday, we talked about changing the things you say to and about yourself. It's a task that takes time, but it's doable. But self-talk is not the only words you need to consider.

Words have power. Don’t believe me? Think of the last five things you read. What did those words make you feel? See? That’s power.

We often forget how much impact words can have because words are every where. Add to it, many make poor choices when using their words choosing to tear others down or spread vicious lies.

That's why it's important to choose your cheerleaders carefully. Everyone needs cheerleaders, people in your corner helping you live your best life.

Sadly, not everyone is good for your mental health. Some even make it harder for you to believe in yourself. For that reason, it's vital you choose your supporters carefully. Ask yourself:
