Hi there!

Driving home one cloudy Saturday morning, I couldn’t stop the tears from streaming down my face. The previous 24 hours saw me make some of the worst choices I have ever made.

Since my mind often turned to self-destruction, I rehearsed all the ways I could cause myself pain. In my mind, I was worthless and unredeemable. My only choice was to tell everyone just how awful I was.
