Hi there!

Monday’s Journal Prompt: What hurdle do you want to focus on this week? Why? How will you feel if you can get past it?

I’m terrible at asking for help. I try to blame my parents for it.

As kids, we were told never to ask for anything. This rule was hardest to follow at my grandma’s house. She made the best chocolate chip cookies, and her cookie jar was always half full.
