Thursday’s Journal Prompt: What are the baby steps toward your goal? How can you add them to your daily life?

How much fight do you have in you? If you’re like me, there are days you feel like there’s nothing left to give, but staying in the fight is the only way to live.

Here’s a story that shocked me: the longest boxing match was 7 hours and 19 minutes long. Seven hours! The fight lasted 110 rounds.

Boxers Andy Bowen and Jack Burke were both in it to win it. Neither was willing to forfeit the fight.
